Despite pessimism and rumors to the contrary, the Marsh Harbour International Airport Terminal and Air Traffic Control Tower are still on course to be completed by January 2014 according to an airport official. During her contribution on amendments to the Airport Authority Act in late October Minister of Transport and Aviation, Glenys Hanna-Martin, said that the new terminal will not open this year and indicated that the opening is expected to happen in January.
