    Anchors of S.C. Bootle Organize Food Drive

    The Dynamic Dolphin Anchors (DDA) of S.C. Bootle High School spearheaded a food drive within the school last year. As part of their requirements, students from every homeroom were encouraged to tap into their creativity to design a box to display their donated food items that would assist the elderly within nearby communities.

    Having won the Abaco District's segment of the National Insurance Board's 40th Anniversary National Speech competition, Berthony McDermott of S. C. Bootle High School travelled to Nassau with his coach, Nadira Kawalram, to compete with schools from around the country in the finals at the National level.

    Under the guidance of Carpentry Teacher, Gavin Daziel, and Principal Huel Moss, four S. C. Bootle High School students have been charged with the task of assisting with basic repairs and maintenance around the school.

    S. C. Bootle wins District Junior Math/Science Competition

    The North Abaco school won the 2014 District Math and Science Competition Junior Division on March 14. At the end of the final round, there was a three-way tie among Agape Christian School, St. Francis de Sales and S. C. Bootle High School.

    Back to school ceremony at S. C. Bootle

    Some students of S.C. Bootle High School made their way by buses while others made their way by foot to the school for the start of the 2013-2014 school year. According to Principal Huel Moss, they were all greeted with big smiles by administrators and teachers in what has become an annual tradition.

    S.C. Bootle to invest heavily in education

    S C. Bootle High School’s new school year is off to “a roaring start,” according to Principal Huel Moss, and the entire staff and student body are excited about the prospects of a successful year. The school currently has twenty three teachers with an additional eight new teachers joining them for the 2012-2013 academic year.
