    Insanity Classes Offered Live in Abaco

    Many people have heard about Shaun T’s infamous Insanity workouts. Now it’s available live right here in Abaco. Insanity is a music driven, cardio and strength training workout. Unlike the at-home DVD program, the live classes are for the beginner and athlete alike. With modifications available for every move, it can be made as easy or as difficult as you’d like.

    Auskell Women’s Fitness Centre holds opening day open house

    The Auskell Women’s Fitness Centre opened its doors on August 17. The opening of this Fitness Centre had been looked forward to with anticipation and excitement by many in the community and, despite torrential downpours, many ladies were already standing outside the doors waiting for it to open at 12 noon. Registration continued until 7:00 p.m. Business was brisk as many people signed up anxious to get started on their fitness regimens.
