The 2015 National Scholastic Surfing Association (NSSA) National Championships were held between June 26 and July 3 this year in Huntington Beach, California. The NSSA is the highest profile amateur competitive surfing association in the United States. This year, local surfer Tim Albury of Elbow Cay flew out to California to compete against some of the best surfers in the world.

Wave Paver Wins 2015 BBC

The 2015 Bahamas Billfish Championship (BBC) concluded this year with the Boat Harbour Championship Leg in Marsh Harbour. The tournament’s overall champion was Jr. Davis with the boat ‘Wave Paver.’ The Marsh Harbour leg ran from June 10-13. The BBC started late April with the Guana Cay Championship.
