Voters Registration Schedule and Information for Central Abaco District

Please note that only Bahamian Citizens are eligible to register. The applicant must be 18 years of age or older and must have resided in the constituency for at least 3 months.
Persons applying for registration must present one of the following documents:
1. Valid Bahamian passport.
2. Voter’s card and National Insurance Card.
3. Birth Certificate along with an official identification and National Insurance Card for persons born prior to independence (1973)
4. Birth Certificate, official identification, National Insurance Card along with their mother’s Bahamian passport and /or birth certificate, for persons born after independence (1973). In cases where both the applicant and mother’s date of birth are after independence, the grandmother’s documents will be required to substantiate citizenship.
Along with the ongoing registration at the Administrator’s Office, Marsh Harbour, Monday to Friday during hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, there is a Voters Registration Schedule for the following:

Thursday, 12th January, 2017:
Baker’s Bay, Guana Cay – 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
Burial Society, Dundas Town – 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Friday, 13th January, 2017:
Central Abaco Primary School – 9:30 am to 12:00 pm
Abaco Central High School – 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Community Center, Spring City – 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Saturday, 14th January, 2017:
Hope Town Community Library – 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Monday, 16th January, 2017:
Public Treasury, Marsh Harbour – 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Price Right – 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Maxwell’s Supermarket – 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Administrator’s Office 5:00 – pm to 7:00 pm
