No Blood Work at Gov’t Clinic for Three Months

Marsh Harbour Clinic

A source confirmed this week that no blood work is being carried out at the Marsh Harbour Government Clinic. Astoundingly, no blood has been collected for approximately three months and counting, according to our source as well as several persons visiting the clinic.

The Abaconian was told that the reason behind this dilemma is because SkyBahamas has not been paid by the government for some time resulting in an enormous bill, so no blood is being transported for the clinic.

“This has been going on since the end of January, so unfortunately, until the government pays SkyBahamas their money, we have no way to transport blood,” the source confirmed.
