Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company, having been in the business since 1999

He has listed and sold some of the finest luxury real estate on Green Turtle Cay, including Pineapple Bluff, Indigo House and Villa Pasha

A former Bahamasair pilot and hotel manager, Chris cut his teeth on real estate with Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty before forming his own business to take advantage of an exciting opportunity that presented itself at the time.

As a Coldwell Banker agent, he captured various international awards, including twice the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle Award, placing him in the top seven percent of a global sales force of 126,000-agents and brokers.
