Commodore Woody Sutton and Susan Harward, members of the Royal Marsh Harbour Yacht Club (RMHYC), presented a $3,000 cheque to Chris Prewitt of the Bahamas Air & Sea Rescue Association (BASRA) on Feb. 5.

Harward told Prewitt that they are happy with the service that BASRA provides, and according to Prewitt, the funds they receive also assist with maintaining the Barometer Bob Web site that provides essential information for cruisers on Abaco.

Every year, the Royal Marsh Harbour Yacht Club makes donations to organizations that are strictly involved with cruising.

Thankful for the donation, Prewitt expressed that he was thrilled to have the support of the yacht club because every bit of funding they receive goes a long way.
