The famous Hope Town Lizard Lodge disappeared sometime last September. However, after several months the new Lodge, more akin now to a Lizard Mansion, has returned.

Irene Craig along with Cliona Bacon cleared the property, installed the rocks and planted the surrounding garden. Pat McCully, whose property the new mansion sits, constructed the rich reptilian residence.

“Leaping lizards!” said one local, “Iguana know if the new tailed-tenant is a famous singer or rap-tile. Or perhaps a stand-up chameleon? How else would they get the green to afford this place?
