The Green Turtle Cay Fire and Rescue Service received some much needed equipment as they had a Diesel Ambulance and Ford F-450 with dual axel arrive in early November.

The F-450 will be able to carry 650 gallons of water and includes a hydraulic lift.

Fire Chief Thomas Sawyer gave thanks to the residents of the community and the second-home-owners who assisted in fundraising and donations. Mr. Sawyer also noted that the government came through on their promise to assist in the completion of the fire station freeing the funds up to purchase needed equipment.
