Discovery Club to start again

The theme of this year’s Discovery Club is “Flora.” A focus will be put on learning and understanding the native plants found in The Bahamas and Abaco. Registration forms for the Club can be found at Friends of the Environment’s office, which is also the meeting place for the program.

Discovery Club will launch on October 1 and go from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Groups will be established once the final number of participants in determined. A fee will be charged which covers membership in the Bahamas National Trust as well as FRIENDS. The fee also provides for a badge, sash and club t-shirt.
